Dr. Squid Gin

This gin is so unique, due to the addition of a minimal amount of squid ink and vanilla. Vanilla was added to the base of the recipe to give a well-rounded mouthfeel and perceived sweetness, combined with sea buckthorn for a sour, fresh fruit finish. Dr.Squid pours black and when mixed with tonic becomes a vibrant pink.
