I want to become a customer or supplier. How do I register?
How nice! You can register via our "registration form". Send in the requested documents and we will contact you as soon as possible.
Can I change my company details?
Yes, that's possible. Fill in the change form that can be found in your account.
I forgot my password. What to do?
You can request a new password. Use "forgot password".
Can I buy from you as a private individual?
We supply to liquor stores, night shops and wholesalers, not to private individuals and catering. Are you looking for a specific product from us? Please contact us or your liquor store to ask for availability.
ORDERING AND DELIVERY/ PICK-UP
When is my order ready for delivery or collection?
Square Dranken aims to have all export orders ready in 48 hours after confirmation, however subject to:
- size order; number of references
- occupation level warehouse
Can my order be delivered?
If you choose not to collect your order, Square Dranken can arrange delivery into your specified bond:
ETA is dependent on possibilities external forwarding company

Where and how can I collect my order?
After your order has been prepared and payment received, your sales representative will provide the loading details.
To guarantee you a loading slot, you have to inform our outbound PHI Logistics: email@example.com - 24 hours prior to collection with the following details:
Information of your transport company:
• Zip code:
• License plate:
• Loading reference:
A product is not in stock. What to do?
Of course we try to have this in stock as soon as possible. Do you want to be notified when the item is back? Then click on "notify me" to the article. Unfortunately, we cannot deliver items that are not in stock.
I have a complaint about the delivery. How do I report it?
Go to your account, choose the order in the order history and use the buttons to report.
Deviations and damage must be reported within 24 hours of receipt!
Can I return goods?
You can request a return via the order history in your account. Choose the return button in the order.
Enter the number, type and reason for return. We will assess whether these items can be returned.
Can I also order per bottle?
Yes, you can order per bottle from us. We charge a small surcharge of 0.30 per bottle for this if the number is not divisible by 6. Same applies for bottles < € 50.
When do I have to pay the order?
All orders are based on prepayment, unless otherwise agreed.
After payment has been received:
- the order will be released for collection;
- shipped to agreed bond location;
- released to your account in external bond.
I don't see prices?
Prices will be shown when you are logged in.
What are the opening hours?
The office is open on weekdays from 08:30 to 17:30
The warehouse is open on weekdays from 8:00-16:30
