This single malt is a harmonious combination of distillates from different cask types that have been allowed to mature separately for at least 12 years. The scent is sweet with raisins, toffee, brown sugar and apple. Milk chocolate, orange, vanilla and spices are also present. The taste starts syrupy with sweet notes of plums, almonds and brown sugar. This develops into cappuccino, toffee apple and dates. The finish is a combination of wood and leather with subtle spices.
